Terms & Conditions

How to Order

First time purchasers must apply for a wholesale account either online or by telephone. Orders can be taken online or by telephone.

Minimum Orders

Opening order must meet a minimum of $100.00. Reorders under $50.00 will be assessed a $5.00 handling fee.

Payment Options

At this time we accept checks, money orders, PayPal and credit cards via PayPal. Items paid for by check will ship once check clears. For new accounts, we require payment of initial order before reorders are fulfilled. An approved credit application is required for Net/30 terms. Shipping will be added to bill. Overdue accounts are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual) plus any reasonable collection costs. If a situation causes a late payment, please let us know so we can review a reasonable solution.

Returned Checks

Returned check charge of $25.00 plus back charge of any discounts. Reorders may require prepayment.

Shipping

Ground shipping is via USPS, UPS or FedEx within the 48 contiguous states unless otherwise special ordered. Orders shipped to other places will be shipped best way or as requested.

Drop Shipping

To assist our dealers, we can drop ship certain items direct to your customers on your behalf. There may be handling fees and payment discounts may not apply. Call us for details.

Customer Pricing

We operate on a three-tiered pricing structure:

  • Tier A. - Brick & mortar stores, catalog stores or large volume orders
  • Tier B. – Internet-based business
  • Tier C. – Non-Profit, group purchase, school discount

Claims

Claims of damaged or order errors/ discrepancies must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of order. Once we are notified, we will arrange for return, credit or replacement.

Return Authorizations

We may accept returns for credit or refund. Items must be in our current catalog and be of current design and style. Items must be in re-sellable condition with credit given after inspection. Return shipping is the responsibility of the dealer and merchandise shipped without proper protection packaging will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all approved returns, with credit toward future purchases of merchandise. Dealer must call in advance to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before any return will be accepted.

Dealer Obligations

Our guarantee to consumers allows for the repair/replacement of any broken or defective item at any time. Cosmetic issues stemming from wear and tear do not apply. The only obligation is that the item must be returned to us at the customers/dealers expense. We will pay the cost to return the items after repair/replacement. Dealers may provide this service for their customers under the same standard, it must be returned to us, with instructions as to the return address.

Delivery Time

Because so many of our items are handcrafted we have production lead times. When you call to place an order we will indicate those items that have production time. Please plan ahead and discuss your needs with us. Generally, items are stocked and orders are shipped within a few days.

Territories

We strive to organize the number of dealers in one’s geographic area thus preventing overselling our product and limiting potential conflicts. However, we work with both online businesses as well as brick and mortar stores. Thus, we do not offer any territorial exclusivity.

Custom/Exclusive Products

Some businesses may wish to hire us to design and create an exclusive product. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities. Camden Rose Inc. will not be liable to any action resulting from custom work where the customer supplied designs.
