How to Order
First time purchasers must complete a wholesale application. Once the application is approved orders are accepted by phone, email and fax.
Territories
We strive to organize the number of dealers in one’s geographic area thus preventing overselling our product and limiting potential conflicts. However, we work with both online businesses as well as brick and mortar stores. Thus, we do not offer any geographical territorial exclusivity.
We authorize brick and mortar stores as well as internet stores to sell in their own webstore/e-commerce site. We do not allow our products to be sold new on eBay, Amazon, or any other sales channel that has not be authorized by us.
Minimum Orders
Opening order must meet a minimum of $200.00 and reorders must be at least $100.00.
Payment Options
At this time we accept checks, money orders, and credit cards. Items paid for by check will ship once check clears. For new accounts, we require payment of initial order before reorders are fulfilled. All accounts must have a valid credit card on file.
Shipping will be added to bill. Overdue accounts are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual) plus any reasonable collection costs.
Returned Checks
Returned check charge of $30.00. Reorders may require prepayment.
Shipping
Items are sent FedEx Ground within the 48 contiguous states unless otherwise specified. Orders shipped to other
places will be shipped best way or as requested.
Drop Shipping
Drop shipping is available only on a few specified and pre-paid items. Call us for details.
Customer Pricing
We operate on a two-tiered pricing structure:
- Tier A. - Brick & mortar stores, catalog stores or large volume orders.
- Tier B. – Internet-based business, Non-Profit, group purchase, school discount.
MSRP Agreement
We feel very strong about keeping the retail price set at the MSRP listed throughout these pages. By doing this it keeps competition based on customer service, product availability and variety instead of price competition. If you wish to host a sale please inform us of the sale and the length of time the item will be on sale.
Claims
Claims of damaged or order errors/discrepancies must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of order. Once we are notified, we will arrange for return, credit or replacement.

Return Authorizations
We may accept returns for credit or refund. Items must be in our current catalog and be of current design and style. Items must be in re-sellable condition with credit given after inspection. Return shipping is the responsibility of the dealer and merchandise shipped without proper protection packaging will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all approved returns, with credit toward future purchases of merchandise. Dealer must call in advance to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before any return will be accepted.
Dealer Obligations
Our guarantee to consumers allows for the repair/replacement of any broken or defective item at any time. Cosmetic issues stemming from wear and tear do not apply. The only obligation is that the item must be returned to us at the customers/dealers expense. We will pay the cost to return the items after repair/replacement. Dealers may provide this service for their customers under the same standard, it must be returned to us, with instructions as to the return address.
Delivery Time
Generally, items are stocked and orders are shipped within a few days. However, because so many of our items are handcrafted production times are sometimes necessary. Please plan ahead and discuss your needs with us.

Our prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Also, we reserve the right to improve and update our designs at any time, without obligation to any previously sold products.
Product Images
Dealers needing product pictures should contact us for access to our online library of images. Hi-resolution studio shot images (product against a white background) are available for use. All other pictures are the responsibility of the retailer.
